Whitener

Everybody likes to have white teeth. The cost of having them whitened at the dentist's office is very expensive. There are a lot of over the counter kits and toothpastes advertising white teeth but one really thrifty whitener is already in your cabinets. Peroxide, baking soda and a small amount of toothpaste mixed together works really well. Some of you may have seen these pins on Pinterest giving the ingredients. Here is one of them.



Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a small cup, mix in one teaspoon baking soda plus one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, and half a teaspoon water. Thoroughly mix then brush your teeth for two minutes. Remember to do it once a week until you have reached the results you want.
