Good Afternoon Thrifties!
I hope you have somewhat enjoyed our little snow today! It's almost gone now but it was pretty while it came down.
Thrifty Honey has been on a roll lately. We have been needing some updates for a while so he decided to tackle the bathroom. It started out with some leftover paint from another project to save some dollars. Then of course when you start one thing it makes everything else look old and tired.
So we got some new towels, bathmat and shower curtain. I shopped the house for some "new to this room" decorations. For the vanity I found a a picture frame and added a little green wreath to the center of it. Who says every picture frame has to have a picture in it? LOL! Then I pulled this gold tray from another room and added the new washrags to it as well as the little wooden tree.
The potty area got a stack of books with an iron cross wrapped in some burlap ribbon I had in a box. Then the shower area... Oh my word that new shower curtain is so pretty. Who wouldn't want to step in and rinse off? I hope you are able to see the new towels stacked on that little wooded table. It looks like something from a beach house.
To say I am thrilled with Thrifty Honey's hard work would be an understatement. He's such a worker bee and does beautiful work. So thanks Honey for this wonderful update!
I hope you all like the pictures and maybe it will inspire you to see what a little paint and a few new things can do to a room. Oh by the way this update was was under $300.00. Of course Thrifty Honey's hourly wage was donated. LOL!!
