Good Morning!
I hope everyone is well and all nestled in their quarantined homes. LOL. Who would have ever thought this would be happening in our great nation? We have heard about this sort of thing but to live in it. Wow!
Of course everyone is very germ conscious right now with gloves and masks if you can find them. Our little town got hit two times as it concerns toilet paper, paper towels and disinfecting wipes with first of all the tornado then this yucky virus.
The grocery stores looked like they had been raided in just a few short hours. I couldn't find wipes of any kind but I did get a spray bottle of Lysol. So I thought why not cut a roll of paper towels in half and put then in an empty wipe can. Then why not pour that Lysol over the top and ta da.. there's a disinfecting wipe ready to go.
I'm sure other people have come up with make do ideas, too. Someone told me you could make up a 50% bleach and 50% water solution and use a rag to wipe things with. Well, I couldn't find any bleach either.
All of this just proves Americans are very creative and they surely know how to make do in a crisis. I hope you all stay safe from the virus and there is no telling what all we will learn from this quarantine business.
